Well Ive taken the plunge and registered online with slimming world. Have recently started having to take blood pressure medication (probably hereditry) but am thinking losing some weight will help. I can't make meetings as work clashes with the times but am hoping the fact that I have paid in advance will spur me on
I have done SW before so know the format but like the online format just need to keep up my conviction
