Alibali -end of week 1

I've lost 7lbs in my first week, my jeans feel a bit better already!!!! Been jogging on the wii fit, unlocked a game where you can jog and watch TV at the same time

Been jogging to the masters snooker tournament

Well done-perhaps i should start jogging on mine

Best thing we ever brought sue-everyone goes on it and if kids are falling out it gets put on and they love it

Invest in one and put it through your books! They are fab, we had the whole family, aged 2 up to 78 playing on it at christmas, really good fun and the after schoolers love it on the odd occasions I allow them to use it!
