Default Help need to start again!

    Hi all,

After losing weight last year with WW I have still been going but it has all creaped back on.

I just can't seem to stick to it but still want to lose weight.

I have in the last few weeks started swimming regularly (although last week was abismal on that score).

I just don't know whether I should stick with WW or find a different slimming club/diet to work with. What I really need is a personal trainer who will prepare everything that I am eating and will make me excercise but I can't afford that.

Any ideas to get me on the straight and narrow would be a help as support at home is sporadic. My dh either goes all gung ho on a healthy eating regime and gets very superior which really ticks me off or doesn't do it at all. Have tried doing stuff with friends but they always flake out before me.

go with the saying a change is as good as a rest and try something different, i found with sw i got complacent and ate things i should'nt

Also are you varying your food, when i done ww i found i ate the same stuff as it was easier than working out the points to everything
