I've just joined RC on line for 12 weeks, never done an online diet before, so I hope it gives me enough advice and suopport. Got £10.00 off joining fee for anyone joining in April so didn't cost too much, that includes diet plans, welcome books and special measuring cups!!
It made me do my measurements tooThat wasn't nice
My first 5 days have been Ok so hopefully the weight is coming off.

My hips were 44 too Ali and nearly 2 months later they are 42. It's good to measure!
