Oh well, I'm gonna have to admit to being too heavy and start a diet AGAIN! At the wedding we were at yesterday there was a ceilidh band and I do love a dance, but after the 'strip the willow' I thought I was gonna collapse
I really could feel the difference my extra weight was making and felt very unhealthy, so here is my aim:
Start diet on Monday (girls weekend at home this weekend, so no point in fooling myself)
I aim to lose 5lb this week!
I aim to lose 1 stone 7 lbs for th 29th June (my holidays)
Will you help me please?
