Is that Fitness Challenge on the Wii, Marie?
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

It's exactly the same for me Marie. I nearly didn't go last week cos I ate so much but did go and had lost 2.5lbs? I'd had a pub lunch and fish and chips during that week and lots of weight watchers biscuits! When I think I've been good, I have put on. Well done for the half pound, it is a loss. I'm taking it very slowly, I started at the beginning of March and I've lost 12lbs up to now. My friends who have lost a lot quite quickly are stuck now so maybe we're doing the right thing

Thats exactly my way of thinking sue, and at least its a loss not a gain, but now im thinking i should have stuck to going to the meetings a bit longer as now im pregnant again-very very early and trying not to get too exited yet- ive no idea if my points should go up or what! i cant find anything about being pregnant on their website, will just have to keep searching i guess.

Hope i do better this week though.
    Marie.
