I'll faff on my laptop or go upstairs and look through shoe box to see what needs replacing

Hi you are doing really well. here is a recipe for honeycomb only 5 syns:

    5 tablespoons of sweetner
    2 tablespoons golden syrup
    2 teaspoons bicarb of soda

heat up syrup and sweetner in a pan, get ready the bicarb will they are melting and grease a tray(fry light). The syrup and sweetner will start to boil and when it turns a dark golden colour remove from heat and add bicard stirring mixture, then put straight onto a greased baking tray(fry light). Then allow to cool in a fridge. Then break into pieces.

I adapted a normal recipe and took it to group for a taster evening this week and everyone loved it.

In the last 7 weeks I have lost 11 pounds myself.

    Hope you enjoy the honeycomb.

    Well done.

I stayed the same this week and I'm sure that's only cos I got weighed without my shoes and I usually keep them on

I've lost 7.5 lbs ..........since 9th March!!! I'm not doing terribly well.

Got weight friday and lost another 3 1/2 ib so since starting ww about a month ago i have lost 7lb

Decided on not going to meetings as i havent got time to stay so now my mum brings her ww scales to me and we weigh together with my sister who is starting ww

Also went to london at weekend shopping and brought a pair of shorts a size 10 instead of a normal 12 and they fitted!

I know its only 1 pr of shorts and ive got a long way to go yet but what an insentive to carry on!!!
