Well done Marie, i stayed the same this week but i am back on track and giving it 100%, even sat in Macdonalds whilst my dd and dh had tea followed by apple pies

I was feeling in need of some quick comfort food last night so had sainsburys instant mash and beans lovely and all free

We have a little teddy in group called Will who gives us willpower and i have him this week, lets hope he works

    Hiya,

I am trying to lose weight for my wedding on 20th June. I started out 9st 8 and have managed to get down to 9st 4... but I can't seem to shift those pounds! I want to get to 8 and a half stone which is what I was before I had my son 9 years ago. I know thats not a very realistic goal, given the time that I have, but would love just to get under 9st.

I'm not overly overweight, but I want to get toned for the wedding so that I feel comfortable in my dress. Need to lose my belly and love handles a.k.a muffin tops!!! Toned arms would also be a bonus!

My problem is I never have time to eat healthily, and finding time to excersise is like fighting a losing battle. I don't like many vegetables and detest salads, although I have been trying (big fan of Asda's layered prawn salad lately!). I just don't know how to shift those extra pounds.

Hopefully i'll win the euro millions tomorrow night and I can get a tummy tuck and a boob job in time for the wedding! Lol.

Good for you. it's hard to resist a sneaky weigh in isn't it, but I try not too cos sometimes your weight fluctuates through the week and you might end up disappointed at class iyswim.
