sugar free jelly with fruit at the bottom.....I'm starting to make these with my girls in a pot so every evening if we feel a sweet tooth coming on we'll eat these instead of raiding the biscuit tin (which will be empty from now on lol)
celery, carrot, cucumber sticks with a little low fat salad cream or i have extra low fat mayo & add a little English mustard or crushed garlic for a kick......

hope this helps....if i think of more I'll be back

nuts (a small handful 6-8) walnuts, monkey nuts - raw or oven baked not the salty cooked ones.

    half an avocado (good fat

apples - they are really filling as they are fibrous.

    slice of ham

square or two of dark choc (if its not a 'sin' - depending on ww sw regimes)

and the good old veggie sticks - carrot/cucumber/cherry toms

I'm not much of a snacker between meals but I did low carbs and got VERY hungry between meals initially and apples were my lifesaver. Only lasted a few weeks til my body got used to less 'fill-up' food. I also love choc at night so replaced it with the nuts or just a few squares of choc.

    rachel veg crisps -

parsnip, carrot, potato, sweet potato, celeriac, beetroot.extra virgin olive oil.

pre- heat ove to 220c/gas 7

slice veg into thin ribbons using a potato peeler or mandolin
dry well on kitchen towel, if using potato wash and dry it to remove starch
place in large bowl and drizzle in oil
place in a single layer on a tray with salt and pepper and cook for 4-7 minutes
place on kitchen paper to remove any excess oil

if using beetroot keep separate so not to stain other veg
says you can cook in separate trays diff veg takes diff time.
