Well im back to the struggle again, I am desperately craving chocolate and am so close to caving in (day 8 today) I am in the grupiest mood EVER too!!

Wow day 8 - I cannot get past day 1 and I am on hols in 3 weeks with no clothes that fit

How is it going? I managed day 6 and flunked at the weekend. Weigh in tonight so fingers crossed. less than 2 weeks to go and don't think I can lose a stone in that time so will be off shopping next weekend

I managed day 8 then broke again

I go on holiday 10 weeks today and have just been a brought some clothes in the size I got down to before (one size down) so if I dont lose it then I have no clothes for holiday

Well I am now back on Cambridge diet...AGAIN

I am on day 6 today and struggling because I have been round town with all the yummy smells going on

My belly and hips have grown huge

this is a bit like lipotrim diet im starting on monday i did try in july but had so much happen i put it off ... wish me luck

Its only weekends that I really struggle, I will keep going though as like you say Christmas is so near

Come on Emma day 14 fantastic. Go upstairs and look at those clothes that you need to get into

Guess what? I am on day 1 again today. Had to buy a size 16 jeans yesterday and had to go UP a size but they are too big and the 14 are too small - gutted and determined.

I am chasing you.............
