    Default Snufflepuff's diary

Thought I should start a thread on here so I can keep track of my weightloss (hopefully!)
I'm not following a specific diet, i'm just cutting out snacks, eating smaller portions, drinking more water, staying away from takeaways and eating out etc. And trying to find time to exercise.

Not sure what my target weight is, but I think going by BMI I need to be around 10st

    I started last Monday, 10th January, weighing 11st 10lb.

    1st weekly weigh in, Monday 17th January- 11st 6lb, a loss of 4lb

Wish I could loose some weight - not very motivated as tablets on lead to weight gain

Well done for your weight loss so far - hope you reach your goal
