    Still have another 4 weeks of pure shakes(sole source) then I will have a week off where I will only have 2 shakes in the day and a high protein meal at night for a week then back on to 3 shakes per day until I get to my goal!

    You deserve a medal anyone doing that diet! Don't want to put a spanner n the works but are you not a bit scared you might 'suffer' when you start eating? Like the poos or wind!?

    Im doing good, still plodding on

    I get weighed tomorrow and it will be 10 weeks then I am desperate to get in a 16 bottom....in 18 at min but they are loose, top has dropped from 20-22 to 14-16

    Started swimming again, went twice last week and hoping for 3 times this week then when I get down to target im going on the toning tables to get rid of whatever else I can

    Have started making cakes and decoarting them and made 3 this week and they really haven't bothered me at all - heres one of them, even made the man on top...was so chuffed lol!

    Got weighed this morning and lost another 4 and a quarter pounds so I am 1lb off 4 stone in 10 weeks and 4 days

    here is a pic of me this morn

    I am so angry and upset

    Just been to the docs as I keep getting a cramp in 1 leg, he said have u changed jobs and I said no but I am on the CD he laughed then said....has it worked? I said well yes I have lost 4 stone in 10.5 weeks again he laughed then said how much does that cost u? I said thats my business!!

    He has made me feel like I have put my heart and sole into this diet and had so many compliments but his laughing has completly knocked me down again

    They advise u to lose weight then when u do they just laugh.....GRRRRRR....GRRRRR.......GRRRRRRR
