My councellor came today - not seen her for 3 weeks and have lost..............

3 stone altogether in 7 weeks and 4 days...WHOOOOOOOP
Fantastic! Well done. I've been doing ww since March and still only lost 7.5 lbs. I'm not being very good lol. I really do think you are brilliant sticking to that.

Wow what a difference, i know it probably feels like an eternity since you began, but for me reading your diary it seems no time for the change in you, if that makes sense!!!
Susan
It feels like I have been doing it forever its 8 weeks today.
got weighed this morn and lost another 4 and a quarter lb so have gone from 17.5 to 14.1 in the 8 weeks
Well done to you. I am sure everyone around you is as proud of you as you are of yourself.
Keep going
Debbie
Hi Louise just seen the photos and just wanted to say well done you have done brilliantly i cant believe you have lost so much in 8 weeks you look really great.
You have given me the boost to do something about my weight too im a big girl (15.5 stone) and i am desperate to get the weight off.
Thanks for the pics and the diary, I am feeling so positive.
Fantastic! Did you think you could do it?
Sue
All I can say is OMG
Just found this pic....I am disgusted that I ever looked like that
I do remember now you saying you didn't think you could do it but look what you've acheived. I'm sure I couldn't. I think most women who tend to put on weight get that stomach - my Mum calls it an apron of fat. I've still got mine Not as much as it was before though. So are you starting to eat 'proper' food now? Knowing how much you've lost must give you an incentive though.
