    My councellor came today - not seen her for 3 weeks and have lost..............



    1 stone in the 3 weeks...WHOOOOOOOP


    and.......................


    3 stone altogether in 7 weeks and 4 days...WHOOOOOOOP

    Fantastic! Well done. I've been doing ww since March and still only lost 7.5 lbs. I'm not being very good lol. I really do think you are brilliant sticking to that.

    wow that is excelllent i wish i had the motivation to lose weight i have around 4 stone to lose to get to a reasonable weight.

    It feels like I have been doing it forever its 8 weeks today.

    got weighed this morn and lost another 4 and a quarter lb so have gone from 17.5 to 14.1 in the 8 weeks

    Hi Louise just seen the photos and just wanted to say well done you have done brilliantly i cant believe you have lost so much in 8 weeks you look really great.

    You have given me the boost to do something about my weight too im a big girl (15.5 stone) and i am desperate to get the weight off.

    Thanks for the pics and the diary, I am feeling so positive.

    I do remember now you saying you didn't think you could do it but look what you've acheived. I'm sure I couldn't. I think most women who tend to put on weight get that stomach - my Mum calls it an apron of fat. I've still got mine Not as much as it was before though. So are you starting to eat 'proper' food now? Knowing how much you've lost must give you an incentive though.
