I am on the CD diet so cant eat or drink other than my shakes!

Have you got any of the CD water flavourings? You can add gelatine and make a jelly, nice if you use sparkling water.

I have got my fave shake to have yet but want the bad things

going to go up to bed in a mo out of the way!!

I was ok yesterday but I am really really struggling today

Dee...I honestly dont know how u managed to do CD for 9 months, I am really struggling this week and only been doing it 6 weeks

My stomach is rumbling when I get up in the morns

My TOTM is due end of this week so perhaps it could be that

I haven't been weighed by my councellor since 18th May as she is on hols and still got 2 weeks to wait for a proper weigh in from her!

I have took some new piccy's but to be honest I cant see any change...I'll upload them in a mo!!

Stick with it Louise, I had TOTM last week and I def felt hungrier than at any other point so far - hormones have a lot to answer for! just imagine what those scales are going to when you do get on!

I cant wait for my councellor to come and weigh me on monday

not seen her for 3 weeks!

I think just knowing she is back and will be coming each week will keep me going because I have been so hungry and so tempted to give it up
