Well I started the CD on 16th April 2009 weighing 17stone 5lbs and 4 weeks and 2 days later I weigh 15stone 5 lbs

just catching up with this thread as I am thinking of starting cd, tried it before but wasnt in right frame of mind. reading this has motivated me to try again.

Just had this weeks loss confirmed and its 5lbs

My councellor is off to egypt on fri for 2 weeks so wont get weighed now until 8th June

Just make sure that you stay focused in the next couple of weeks and don't give yourself a 'holiday' just because your CDC is away.

Thanks Dee and everyone else for ur support

I have lost 1 stone of my stored weight and 1 stone of my floating weight (I got down to 16.5 under the nurse but yo-yo'd up and down but never got below until now), cant wait to drop a dress size thats the thing I am working towards now. There is no way I am giving this up until I have reached my target weight......I WILL BE THIN
