I haven't noticed a difference yet, my clothes still feel the same My councellor said people should start noticing soon, so far i have lost 19lbs in 18 days but majority of that was floating weight from where I had yo-yo'd up and down!

Don't give up you are doing so well!!! I didn't lose inches to start with and then seemed to lose a load all at once which will give you a real boost.

How about going a walk where there aren't food shops?

I had to go to the bank and buy some fencing, I have brought a BBQ (never had one b4) to celebrate when I have lost all the weight I need to lose - sad I know

The main thing bothering me at the mo is the TOTM I dont get them usually because I am on the depo but this will be the 2nd time I have had one with a weeks break in between since being on CD
