You should only really take on board what you feel comfortable with and the recommended amount is around 2-3 litres.

You are probably holding onto water due to TOTM.....it not uncommon

Dee you are a fantastic support to these ladies and im sure they would find it harder without you there :)
    Thank you sweetie.

I know that I couldn't have done it without all the support I got from here last year and just want to be around for those who are doing it now.

I just wish I could get more time to spend on here but so busy at the moment but generally try to log on everyday to see if anyone needs any advise/help..........I know everyone has their CDC's and they talk to them (as it should be!) but sometimes you just need that little extra support to know that everything is going ok.

So the long and the short of it is that I am more than happy to help

I know that it is hard and will be difficult for you but just think that if you eat anything you will knock yourself out of Ketosis and will considerably slow the weight loss down.

If you really feel like you cannot manage the day without eating then speak to your CDC and she will give you some great advice on what to eat to limit the damage......tell her that you are going to the party and come up with a plan between you of how you are going to deal with it.

I know it is not quite the same but you could take a bar with you so at least you feel like you are eating something!

As I say talk to you CDC and come up with a plan to get you through the day.

You know where I am if you need me

I dread having to go out & socialise - I will tend to go all or nothing so I think if I had a little party food it would end up as a total blow out! Thankfully I dont get ou much so hope it wont be a problem Enjoy your party - are you feeling better now totm is passing?

Just been weighed and i've lost ....................

    7lbs

I am also now at the lowest weight from when the nurse weighed me so if I get under it I will finally feel like I am losing the stored fat not my floating fat (sorry if that doesnt make sense)

    Good!!

You had me worried for a while then!

Always best not to keep weighing yourself as your body is currently moving water around all over the place and what with the fluid you are taking on board as well.

Best to just weigh yourself once a week at the same sort of time and with you CDC.

    Hope you are ok?

How are you now after having that tooth out?

I had the party last night, I took my bar with me and it wasnt as hard as I had thought...didnt manage to get in a lot of water yesterday though as we were so so busy all day

My cheek is still swollen from having my tooth out and its still quite sore - just have to keep rinsing with anti-bac mouthwash....without swallowing it

Yeah just make sure you don't

Try to increase your water today and I am sure you will be fine.

Hope your mouth is better soon.

I felt so ill yesterday, my head was absolutely pounding and I slept for 5 hrs in the afternoon - no amount of pain killers were shifting it

Managed to get 5 litres of water in though

Sorry you are feeling so rough.....hopefully it will all pass soon.

Well done for increasing your water intake but do be careful though as too much is not good for you either especially if you drink a lot in a short period of time.

You are better staying within the 2 -4 litre bracket and ensuring that it is taken across the whole day so that you are not flooding your body all at once.

If you take on too much water you can dilute the essential electrolites in your body which can create no end of problems and can also be very serious/dangerous......so be careful!

I drank 4 then the extra 1 litre was with the shakes which is what I have been having every day just not saturday . I think I was exhausted as Saturday was such a long busy day. Feel fine today....just waiting for my councellor to come.
