    not sure if I am allowed to post the link so do a search for Cambridge diet then you can search for a councellor in your area. I pay £1.70 per shake and have 3 a day - each councellor charges different!

    I dont know how I found the will power I was just so determined to lose the weight, I am struggling to get back into now though

    I am on day 3 today and I am so so hungry have to cook a lasagne tomorrow which I absolutely love so hope I dont break

    Keep going ketosis is just hours away - are you managing all 3 shakes? I must admit I did buy 3 bars yesterday as I needed something to munch on.

    I am doing ok with the shakes but I am starving by bed time, might ask councellor to pop a few bars in (not due to see her til monday) for when I get hungry at bed time!

    I am constantly dreaming about food too

    i have just rang my CDC and i'm starting back on it on monday

    going to have 3 shakes plus a bar, as i find tea time feeding the kids to be the hardest time of the day

    i need to loose some weight DESPERATLY so from now til monday i'm going cold turkey no mor coke, no more choclate

    will get melissa to take some before pics tonight

    Well done keep going. I wanted to go on the CD for son's wedding in Sept, but not allowed as I have been diagnosed with Gout and quick weight loss programmes are not advised So Im trying to cut down, but Im so imaptient and I NEED to lose a lot of weight like NOW lol
    How much have you lost in total now ?

    I lost 5 and a half stone but have put one back on
