Well I have made it to day 5 with no slip up's

I have to say that yesterday was the hardest, it seemed like the fridge was calling me and as my will power can be zilch at times I made myself make the dinner for the family, I needed to prove to myself that I could make it and not cheat by picking at it and I did

Today is a lot better, have only had a black coffee so far and a pint of water, as I try to leave having my 1st shake until around 12pm and then my next one at 4pm and then I split my last one in 1/2 and have 1 at 7pm and 1 at 10pm as these are my worst times for grazing. Hopefully I will get through
the weekend and will find out monday evening how much I have lost.
