Wow!!!! I have not seen this thread before (not sure why as I don't usually miss much ) but I am soooo impressed by what you have achieved. It was great reading from the beginning and following your weight loss. I so need to do something myself but just cannot find my will power at the moment.

The alcohol would have done it alone without any food.
I am sure that you will be back in Ketosis within a few days.........it really doesn't take much to knock you out as the sachets of food/bars have carbohydrates in them but just enough to make sure your body gets what it needs but not enough to tip you over the threashold so as soon as you take on board any form of carbs you will be knocked out.
Alcohol is full of sugar which is a carb hence the reason this is why I say that it would have definately knocked you out.

Lost another 2.5 lbs so that gives me a grand total of 1.5 stone in 5 weeks
Would have been alot better but I had 2 nights out and had a meal both nights plus drinks. Am going to be VERY good this week as my goal is to reach 13 stone by beginning of June

Well got weighed yesterday and have lost another 2lbs
Think the week before caught up with me and also have my period.
So weight loss so far is 1 stone 9lbs in 6 weeks
Going to be very good this week and hopefully get under the 14 stone!!
Well done, you might find you will have a better loss after your period

Well done you! You'll prob be able to see a monthly pattern as you go along - I always weigh heavier in the middle of my cycle and I am my lightest as my period finishes. Are you feeling the difference?

Lost another 2lbs....that's 1 stone 11lbs in 7 weeks
getting a little worried that this is going to be my lot and am only going to lose around 2lb a week
I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day(not inc. what I mix shakes with) and although I have had the odd night out here and there I can't believe this is all I am losing. Feeling very down in the dumps about the whole thing and wondering whether it's worth it. I know that I'm just one of those people who doesn't lose vast amounts of weight, no matter what diet I'm on but at the moment I feel like I'm really denying myself so much and only getting a small weightloss each week in return.
Sorry if this is coming across as a totally negative post but at the moment I just want to cry
Dont be hard on yourself, i have been keeping up with your Diary and you are doing really well.
I have been led to believe that the slower you lose the weight the harder it is to put it back on(not that you want it back )
Keep at it, we are all behind you.
I have been trying to diet for about 3 weeks and i have lost about 3LB's it is hard going but it will be worth it in the end sending
