Well done! I'm very depressed, I went into an M&S fitting room yesterday and I didn't know they had mirrors on every damn wall! Everywhere I looked it was me and my fat. It really was horrible. I must do soemthing about it, says she drinking a milky coffee! I love biscuits and cakes and butter and I need somehting to nibble during the day that's not biscuits but I'm not keen on fruit. Thought about trying some of the oat biscuits? Well done you who've lost though, I've not even tried!
