Still here plugging away

After my hols and shocking gain lol! Now pleased to report I weigh 11st 13lb Only 2lb off September last year, phew things are getting there, christmas is a great big ass kicker! and only 12lb to go to when I was at my lowest (ermm my see that in new year then eh )

Started running again, and have signed up for next years British 10k, I can only run 2, 2 1/2 miles for now, but it's in july so slow and steady!
