fine thanks angel, just wished i wasn't feeling so hungry all the time, i fill up on fruit and veg etc but i always feel hungry, i suppose it's cause i'm not full up on coke lol, i decided today that i'm going to have new potatoes with my tea as salad and meat isn't filling me up. Tonight i had my tea, chicken salad, then grapes for afters and then an hour after that i was hungry so i had a little bit of cereal and i'm feeling really hungry again, my god if i didn't know better i would have said i've got worms pmsl

thing ios your body is getting used to less food

by this time next week you will not feel so hungry i promise
the first week is always hard and if you can get through that it will be easier

hope you are not cutting down too much though
