Been a while since I posted, but I'm hoping you can help me! I'm desperate to lose some of the extra weight I put on this year. I was hoping to have slimmed down a bit before Christmas, but I'm accepting that there's not much I can do to acheive that at this point. So 2018 is going to be a fresh start for me! I'm already counting calories with Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com and I've just started a free trial for Beachbody's P90X3 program: Online Workouts – Stream Free Workout Videos Online - Beachbody.com. I've cut out all of my sugary drinks and junk and replaced them with water too!

Any other advice for me?
