hoover up weekend!!!!!

both hubby and myself needs to lose about 2-3 stone or more if possible.

we have decided to dedicate this weekend to hoovering up all the rubbish that is left from christmas or just in the house.

we don't actually buy in extra for christmas but we get chocs bought for christmas as pressies.

why do people buy us chos and buscuits when they can see what size we are and need to lose weight??????

anyway after this weeend there will be no temptations left in the house,

wish us all the best for the weeks months ahead for our weight loss!!!!!

when you say hoover up do you mean eat !!!!!!!!!!!

ohhh yes!!!!!!!

we open our mouths and suck really hard all the bad stuff that we have.

then it's gone and we enjoyed our last fattening food!!!!

what a great weekend.....i ate exactly what i wanted and more.......

.......today the diet starts for myself and hubby...i think it's great that we both are doing it although when he diets he loses his weight quickly!!! not fair

and it's my birthday today what a day to start.......

i'm also working on my ccld nvq 3 until 3pm when i have to pick up my 3 kids and 2 mindies, then off to college tonight at 6.15pm

........i bet you all wish you had birthdays like this...lol!
