My last weekend of freedom

I really am looking forward to going on my diet on Monday

We have tins and tins of chocs left from christmas - I have only touched the odd one this week - sweet that is not TIN !!

You know what is going to happen next week I am going to be starving and I am going to get a craving for things I can not have

I have told hubby and some family but they just looked at me when I said my diet starts Monday - disbelief I suspect or thinking " god not again "

Fingers crossed that I stick to it

Hubby said he will buy me something nice if I stick to it or he will give me the money to get some new clothes

Oh thats a good incentive then Angel. Just suggested to my hubby that he might like to offer me the same..... he just laughed!
I'm dreading the diet on monday - I've been sooooooo bad over the hols. I'm scared to step on the scales again.

I'm starting too on Monday and I cant wate either, I'm going to the gym every morning as well, the hardest thing for me to cut down on or give up is mayo and bread...how will I manage?????

Ive got about 2 and 1/2 stone to shift

I'm sure you will be fine Angel...just think of that some thing nice you will get at the end

A new wardrobe of clothes, lucky you.

I started last Monday and haven't been too bad except I have had a few drinks! Oops!

Foodwise I've been ok and even when hubby wanted CHIPS with tea tonight I said NO, I'm dieting!
I did compromise and let him have oven baked potato wedges with his southern fried chicken.

I had ww lasagne and salad.

Now the laptop is poorly I'm stuck up in the loft bedroom on this computer so further away from the kitchen. It's actually done me a favour, mind you I have got 2 big bags of chocolate looking at me!!!!
