Default Not sure what happend :-s

Ok so went to the gym this morning like normal started with my normal work out 10 mins on the cross trainer then went to the bike when I got to the bike I felt really dizzy and could see black spots then had to rush to the toilets and was sick :-(
Any ideas I've been doing this routine for the past 3 weeks now the only thing that changed was I went up a level on the cross trainer

    I'm not sure

But my daughter has had that happen before

Did you eat before ...did you drink lots

Did you feel ok once it had passed?

    Was it warm in there

It could be a number of reasons ...take it easy

I never have anything to eat before the gym as I go so early I felt ok after I sat for a while

I think you need to eat -something-
Not protein but a little carbs would be good for the blood-sugar.
I'd eat an apple, possibly a banana or some orange segments and then straight after the workout have some protein.
    That should help ^_^

When I work out really hard and feel dizzy, between classes if I do more than one, I eat one dark chocolate ginger biscuit and that usually sorts me out!

Try eating banana before you go or in between your workout :-D
