OK girls I'm reposting this info as a thread/post rather than an attachment. You HAVE to read it. Honestly, it sounds simple but it is sooo easy and very similar the the plan that I followed - it works, you eat lots, feel full, eat healthy - just throw away the crap.

Honestly try it for a month and tell me it didn't work for you. I got this sent to me as a link to a presentation cos I bought the plan that I used, i typed up the main facts from the presentation hence the crap formatting . I get updates and tips regularly. good luck.


THE DIET SOLUTION

The facts:::

SUGAR IS YOUR ENEMY – NOT JUST SWEETS BUT HIDDEN SUGARS
O/juice
Whole wheat bread
Salad dressings
Muesli and cereal

FACT - You need to regulate your blood sugar to lose weight. If you have high blood sugar your body produces insulin which makes you store fat

Insulin makes your blood sugar low and then you crave sugar or are hungry all the time.

Even non-diabetics are releasing way too much insulin

Avoid the rollercoaster of blood sugar by eating the following way:

1. CARBS
Avoid these
Wholewheat bread
Wholewheat pasta
Crackers – all including healthy/diet crackers like ryvita
Most cereals

Eat These
EAT sprouted grain bread
Rice
Millet
Sweet potato
All fruit and veg (pretty much – low on the root veg)
Millet
Spelt
quinoa

2. FATS

Don’t NOT eat fat – eat good fats. You can’t lose fat without eating fat

If you eat the right kind of fats it increases your metabolic rate – wrong fats make you store fat

Avoid (they will make you gain weight)
Margarine
Sub butters
Veggie oils
Hydrogenated oils
Canola oils

EAT (you must eat these to lose weight)
Avocado
Real butter
Coconut oil
Eggs – all of it yolk too
Olive oil

3. PROCESSED FOOD

The chemicals make it impossible for you to burn fat
If your liver is processing chemicals then it can’t burn the fat! So you can see how prepared diet meals won’t always help – plus the portions are tiny!

Sweeteners
High fructose corn syrup (in lots of things – salad dressing, diet drinks)
Yoghurt
Most soy products
Hydrogenated oils and spreads

Eat - PURE FOODS
Meat (steak)
Fish
Chicken
Veggies and fruits
Eggs
Nuts (oven roasted or raw)
Natural salad dressing made with tomato or olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Lots of natural herbs and seasoning to make your food tasty

Eat Limited Cheese and Milk

IGNORE CALORIES!
Don’t eat more than you can burn but eat calories your body CAN burn
Watch your portion sizes and all day grazing rather than calorie counting
Most people don’t eat enough calories when they diet but the calories they are eating are HARD for your body to process
If your body THINKs its starving it goes into fat maintaining mode – making it harder for you to lose weight

YOUR BODY
Some food combinations are better than others for YOU.
Experiment with portion sizes and food combos that you enjoy – you need to eat enough to feel full each mealtime
