that's a good idea custard cream, ooo i'm daft i didn't even think of buying that, just bottles of flipping evian lol. I'm going to go shopping tomorrow to buy some, i know tesco do some lovely flavours, i am missing the fizz lol

Carbonated drinks do make you feel very full, that's one of the main reasons I drink them plus I love the flavour of diet coke too. I also have carbonated peach water from Tesco and that's lovely and refreshing but I guess it's probably best for you to avoid any fizzy drinks at the mo.

I drink perfectly clear sparkling strawberry and kiwi one and its lovely and refreshing.I am like you and love the fizziness, it makes me feel fuller.
