    Default waiver????

    i've been told that i need 2 apply 4 a waiver as my partner in 1988 got done 4 gbh we didnt think that it would b a problem as it is 24 yrs ago and has never been in trouble since? so send the forms back and got a call 2 day 2 say that she would be out 2 visit on the 6th march, so i was woundering what 2 expect and what 2 prepare?

    Sorry can't help you but I know others on the forum have had this situation and have registered with no problems so don't worry. Hope all goes well, it was a long time ago and with a clean slate since and no convictions against children he should fly through.

    MyFIL has had a some what 'colourful' past shall we say. That didn't stop MILfrom registering. And when I say colourful i really do mean COLOURFUL

    am still not sure what to prepare or what to have ready and also i still haven't recieved my visit yet will they be doing that while their here?

    You could phone and ask.

    They might want to interview your husband.

    It should be ok as mainly they're worried about safeguarding issues.

    It looks like I will need to do this as well, just waiting for my partners crb to come back but know he has ABH on there so not very good. I have already had my pre reg visit which was fine which makes it all the more annoying if I am disqualified! please can you update when you have had your visit tomorrow as I will be really interested to find out what they come and discuss.
