Hi,

Had a call from Mrs O asking if they could come following day for pre reg inspection.. I said yes and then when the call ended i felt so sick!!

Spend the rest of the day scrubbing the house and making sure I had everything I needed ready...(thanks to everyone on here)

Well Mrs O was at mine for just over an hour and she seemed very pleased and gave the max numbers... whoop whoop

So pleased, now just waiting on the last bit of mine and OH CRB and I am good to go. Getting scared about handing in my notice now!!

and it doesn't matter how many inspections you have over the years, that call still has the same effect
