    Default Information on walls..

I know this might be a daft question but would it be a good idea to laminate your registration certificate and first aid certificate etc if your popping them on the wall? Just worried mine is going to end up torn or trodden on if it falls off?
Also I don't suppose anyone can give me some examples of the types of things/posters etc that they put up on their walls? x

My certificates are laminated and on my smaller noticeboard. I also have the Ofsted Parents poster, a copy of my newsletter, info sheets for activities at the children's centre, thank you cards and a calendar.

I have a big noticeboard that is my display board. On one half I have photos of each child with their name & birthday and on the other half is a display that I change regularly (currently an autumn tree with leaves that the children have printed, hedgehogs they've made from paper plates etc)

On the walls I currently have posters that I've taken from the Kids National Geographic magazines. I change them regularly & will put up posters with numbers, letters, vehicles etc. Some are posters I buy & some are ones that I print out & laminate.

Hi I had a visit from my NCMA support worker yesterday and she gave me a list of things to display on the wall or a notice board.
    Registration certificate
    Public liability insurance
Floor plan of house and evacuation routes (including upstairs)
Parents poster (has Ofsted information, you get this with your certificate)
Flow chart of what to do if you think a child is being abused
Social services numbers (these last two were sheets given to us on our safeguarding course)
Can't think of anymore off the top of my head but will check my report when it comes through. Hope that helps Hx

These sites have some nice posters on

    www.instentdisplay.co.uk/free
    www.schoolslink.co.uk.resources

I photo copy and laminate my certificate, insurance etc to put on my notice board and put originals in my portfolio.

I have my registration certificate, ncma membership and insurance in photo frames in the lounge - these are just put away in a drawer when I'm not working.

I wish I'd though to do that. I tried laminating my actual certificate & it got chewed up. I had to pay for a new one
