well I sent the signed letter with my conditions back to the care commission last friday...so really quick...

although the process before took ages..

Its a shame they don't make the certificates a bit more professional looking! i was quite disapointed in mine, looks like something anybody could just print off! i was going to get a nice frame and put it in my hallway but decided not to so i just bluetack it up on a monday morn and take it down on a fri

You are right about the disappo9ntment in the certificate tho !! Boring blue bit at top, otherwise just a letter!! They should go back to the one I had 6 years ago ! At least that looked professional lol
