I haven't asked how much my GP charges yet.

Hope something comes of the enquiries you've had.

Hi. I sent off my health form recently and have had my pre-reg inspection so I am just waiting for my registration certificate. My GP charged me £60 and that was only because I complained - they were going to charge me over £100, simply to complete a couple of sections on the form and verify that what I had written was true. Wouldn't it be easier (and cheaper) for Ofsted to request to see whatever health records are held by the GP, like the insurance companies do?

No, I was just being nosey and wanted to see what my GP had written on the form before I sent it off, it's fine for your GP to send it off without you seeing it, as long as you filled in your section beforehand.
