please help got a mom coming!

Hi i've been called by a mom wanting fulltime childcare for Monday she said she is at university so i'm presuming they will be paying for childcare if by some miracle she wants me to have her son how do i sort out fees ? can i still ask for a payment upfront as her response will be that the uni wil be paying so do i risk her sorting it out once i'm minding and then she might do a runner? sorry i know i'm getting a pain with all these questions by the way she will be here in the hour

Really it is personal choice but I would still ask for the fees up front, maybe just a week at a time. Then she will sort out the uni paying it quicker if it is her out of pocket and not you

One of my parents is as uni. She pays me in advance. The uni pay her a term at a time so she has the whole terms money upfront. The only time I don't get it on time was for example this month where fees are due 1st but uni pay childcare to her on the first day of term which was 7th. That is not a problem for me and we have negotiated that this is ok but something you may need to be aware of.

yes it went really well signed contracts and everything i did start another thread about it as i was soooooooooo excited lol

if it takes time to set up you could ask her to pay you up front and youll give it her back when it arrives
