I'm also looking for a car as I don't think I'd fit any children other than my own in my current old banger! I have an S reg Ford Fiesta

Have been looking at a 7 seater Megane. Just waiting for a phonecall to see if we can get the finance! Fingders crossed! It's lovely. Think it's going to feel like driving a tank though from what I'm used to driving! Lol.

I have a Nissan Largo 8 seater. Love it and its less thirsty as my old one a Toyota Estima. It must be ok cause Hubby keeps pinching it!

i have 04 zafira and it is economical, and cheaper on tax.
Also pain if you have 7 seats up and children need to climb to back ,but otherwise ok!
however i quite fancy citroen c4 with 7 seats ,even cheaper on car tax!
    but exoensive to buy

Yes it has the electronic handbrake but you don't have to use it because it automatically takes the handbrake off when you drive and when you switch the engine off it put the brake on so you can never forget to put the handbrake on. Its really easy to get used to but I got in my moms car yestarday and tried to pull off without taking the handbrake off.

My daughter loves sitting in the very back, but I can't hear her when she talks to me even with the radio on low (altough this isn't such a bad thing), so instead of asking if shes got her belt on, when she has it on he raises her hand so I can see.

I love all the storage compartments, love being able to remove the middle row seats and put the front passenger seat flat because it makes shipping stuff about really easy and the built in sun blinds that can be up when the windows are down.

I have a new beetle and there is no way I'm ever gonna change it for something with more seats. I love my car and will never have anything other than a beetle, if we can't fit in it we don't go. I walk everywhere as all amenities are close by.

We got a Zafira in march as our old Espace died on us awww Only thing I have found it is a lot narrower (got 4 teenage lads and its a bit of a squash in the middle row for them). Also I find it a pain with the fact that you can't move the middle row of seats to let anyone in and out of the boot when the child seats are fitted in as it won't move forward and also my seats overlap where the back of the middle row have to tip forward (if anyone knows what I mean!). Easiest option is to have child seats fitted in the rear two seats, but then I feel as though the lo's are miles away from once I have dropped my lads off at school!

Yeah thats the one. I always have my display on mpg so when I drive like a racing driver and it goes down I change my driving and be good (for a bit anyway). The how many miles til I will run out of petrol is handy too.
