Default Argh! Restrictive covenant on deeds

I'm so close to being registered and just discovered we have a restrictive covenant on our deeds stating no business. Yet next door runs a beauty business from a bedroom.

Has anyone else had this and how did you overcome It? Do I need to Sorry?!
