Default Argh! Restrictive covenant on deeds

I'm so close to being registered and just discovered we have a restrictive covenant on our deeds stating no business. Yet next door runs a beauty business from a bedroom.

Has anyone else had this and how did you overcome It? Do I need to Sorry?!

Childminding does not count as a business in that way, I think, this has come up before on here I think- try searching here. And speak to your planning dept.
