I received my ofsted security token nearly 2 weeks ago and I still don't know where I can use it as I can't find anywhere on the website to type it in and what it is for ?

Are you registered already, or is this for the registration process?

You use it for Ofsted online services like the Ofsted online SEF

If you go to the link I put in my post, and go through the registration/log-in process, it will ask you for it during that process at some point, I believe.
