hiya im just putting my paperwork all together and im a bit confused! ICO documents which ones? the whole thing? and London child protection procedure should this be in my words? what does everyone else have in there? I have written down that allergen details need to go in there does that just mean a list of the most common or a list in my home? thank you!

ICO- you need to register as a data controller (about £35 a year I think) https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/register/

Your local child protection procedure should be part of your Safeguarding Policy. Mine also includes a bit on Prevent/British values.

It is up to you how you arrange your folders, do what makes sense to you and so you can find things!
