Minding from housing association property-please help!!

Hi all,
Does anyone on here or know anyone who minds from mosscare/ mossbank housing in greater Manchester? I have been put forward for a house which I would love and have an interview for it soon. It relies on me being in work but I don't know if they would let me carry on childminding from there. I cant find any information on their website or internet.

Sorry don't have any experience of this but maybe just phone them and ask and tell them that childminding isn't classed as running a business from home. Good luck
