HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone can help, I am a newbie reg. cm in farnborough hants, I have 16 yrs child care experience was a nanny but want to work from home now!
Apart from the CIS where can i advertise my vacancies i'm desperate to fill them - any advice???????????

Your local pre-schools, toddler groups, doctors surgeries, schools etc.....anywhere that parents go with children. Even your local newsagents may display a poster for a small charge. Some places are less helpful than others but if you don't ask you won't know. Put a notice in your car...Registered Childminder has vacancy, mobile No. & area you live in.
Local colleges often need childcare for student's children and there will be a new intake in September so I would try there too.

school reception area
local shop windows
cis
local paper maybe
flyers through doors
playgroups
hospital notice board
childrens play centres like cheeky chimps etc usually let you put poster up on the wall
tescos/morrisons advertising boards

I am finding places rather un helpfull especially GP surgerys!!! The reception staff are such job worths!!!!!
I have even spoken to a cm in my area - network co and she told me people are giving up CM as too much to do now, the paper work doesn't bother me as done it before in nurserys and as a nanny!
Still waiting for my cert. from ofsted how slow are they

I am a nanny too. I have advertised my vacancy with nannyshare.co.uk and got a fairly good response. Maybe you can try them out. Bye and all the best.
