Use Lj and tracker to follow children's development, have discussions with parent, complete a two year summary check using the information gained from parents, nursery etc plus Lj and my knowledge of child. Reflecting the child's abilities at all the settings, agree next steps with parents and other carers so a uniformed way forward is agreed.

Default assessment to have in place for 2 to 3 year old

Hi you can put down the 2 year progress assessment that all early years workers have to carry out.
