Ive had two calls 1 wanting 2 days 9.30 to 3 there shift workers so will be different days each week and the other said 2/3 days 8 to 6.30 so how do i charge for this? do i charge for the other days there not using because cannot fill the space or will it be half day not sure?

Was the one who wanted 2/3 days a shift worker? If not and it's the same days each week I would only charge for what they want. Usually possible to fill the space around with someone else

Can't advise on shift workers hopefully someone else will be along to advise x

Minders charge half rate retainer for days not used , some have a weekly or monthly minimum hours base on the money they need
