    Default kicking myself

I started childminding in June and started looking after two children who are good friends with my dd. They only come 3 times after school for a max of 5 hours a week so i never put in the contract that they had to pay if they dont attend ( VERY SILLY). Now mum keeps saying they are at friends one day next time one is at dance ect. Im losing money and now will have to say if they dont come they will lose the space. Very hard when ts someone you know but money is tight.

Could you tell Mum you have done a review of all your paperwork and you need to get her to fill in a contract, that way you don't have to lose any more money, and it could help in the future with any disputes.
