I think I get bills every 3 months so you could just give them a call to be on the safe side.
Mine say that they won't send a reminder so if yours got lost in the post they wouldn't write to you again if it's the same.
Oh gosh i didnt know this i best phone them in the morning..........
thank you
Is it the inland revenue i need to call?
Mum of 1 step mum of 3 Loving life.
Hold on I'll see if I can see any contact info.
Mine is
HM Revenue & Customs
Newcastle National Insurance Contributions Office
08451 54655 - you have to quote your N.I. number.
I don't know if this is the same office for everyone or not? It's no where near where I live so it's not based local to me if you see what I mean?
Thank you so much ive took the number down and i shall give them a call first thing in the morning.......
I shall let you know if im gonna get put on the naughty step hehe

My only excuse is I forget and of course I'm busy looking after children

Hi Girls I was told that I could not pay Voluntary NI and that I had to pay self employed contributions ?????? Does anyone know why that would be ????
I pay mine by direct debit to, one less thing to worry about
Lisa
I pay mine every 3 months about £28 ish
oh ****, haha I haven't paid it yet , maybe setting up a direct debit would be a good idea
Im giving them a ring in the morning i didnt know i wouldnt get a reminder as i got a bill for the first one...
Ive not paid since jan..
Mum of 1 step mum of 3 Loving life.
I also pay mine by direct debit so I dont have to remember as such. I think I get a bill either every6 months or year which breaks down month by month what I will be paying. DD is definately the way to go though as I have a memory like a sieve!

IS IT CORRECT THAT AS WE ARE SELF EMPLOYED WE GET NO STATE PENSION WHEN WE RETIRE?
JUST BEEN TOLD THIS AND LOOKED ON INTERNET AND APPEARS WHEN SELF EMPLOYED YOU GET NO STATE PENSION AND NEED TO HAVE A PRIVATE PENSION SET UP!!!
Surely that can't be right? Does anyone know?
