    There is a section on mini beasts in the current issue of Practical Preschool. Apparently it is National Insect week 23-29 June so will have to do something with the little critters then

    I think it means it is Insect Week on a national scale

    Many thanks. We love creepy-crawlies - but not bees or wasps (sorry that's just me ) I can deal with spiders but have to leave the room at the sight of a wasp.

    It is yet another chance for us to have a look in the wormery. Not that the children need an excuse. I, on the other hand, have to have my marigolds on when I lift the lid. I can't believe how much food they eat
