    Hi all, I know we have to get permission to give calpol etc, but about if mum wants us to give teething powders/bonjela?

    You should have a general permission form for non-prescribed medication such as teething gels and powders then inform parents when it is administered.

    So once the form has been filled in, we can give it as and when as long as we let mum (or whoever) know at pick up time? Is that right? Sorry, its been a long day today, can you tell?!!!

    I have a general permission form for non prescription medicine on which the parent lists those medicines the child can have eg calpol but I have their written permission every time they wish me to give a dose BEFORE I give it.
