Hi,
I have just had a call from a parent who has been let down at the last minute for care for their daughter.
I will be looking after her for 3 hours this afternoon but need to meet her at preschool to get permissions signed.
Does anyone have a contact form template I can have please as leaving in 10 minutes! eeek!!
